Our methods and what to expect
  • Upon receipt of an enquiry we will telephone you to discuss your requirements and arrange a FREE site visit. (Within 1 week)
  • Following a site visit an estimate will be produced. (Within 1 week)
  • If you do not have your own architect or plans, our architect will visit you (Within 2 weeks)
  • The plans will be approved and finalised by you and the architect (Within 3 weeks)
  • A full and detailed quote will be produced from the plans (Within 1 week)
  • Planning permission or a certificate of lawfulness will be applied for if necessary (Approximately 8 weeks)
  • Building regulations approval will be applied for (Approximately 6 weeks)
  • Once planning permission and building regulations approval is granted, the development is ready to be started.
