Pitched roof dormer conversion

This loft was created for a retired structural engineer who designed and produced his own plans for his property as he had a clear idea of what he wanted. Attic Asset worked with the plans and the customer to create a fantastic addition to this one bedroom bungalow.

The property is now a  three bedroom home with two bathrooms. The addition of two bedrooms and a further bathroom has transformed the property. The original dining room is now home for the new staircase and is still a functional dining room.

The Oak open-tread staircase gives a contemporary look and keeps the area light. The matching Oak doors continue the contemporary look, complimented with modern decoration and furnishings throughout.

This loft was an 8-week project.
