- Following a site visit an estimate will be produced. (Within 1 week)
- IIf you do not have your own architect or plans, our architect will visit you (Within 2 weeks).
- A full and detailed quote will be produced from the plans (Within 1 week)
- Planning permission or a certificate of lawfulness will be applied for if necessary (Approximately 8 weeks)
- Building regulations approval will be applied for (Approximately 6 weeks)
- Once planning permission and building regulations approval is granted, the development is ready to be started.
